The family of a slain police officer who lived in Darlington got a key to the city Nov. 13, and that’s not all the honors City Council plans for Sgt. Terrence Carraway.
St. John’s Elementary’s 200th birthday
St. John’s Elementary School celebrated its bicentennial with a week of fun activities where students and staff displayed their school pride. The week culminated with two big events: the Taste of St. John’s on Nov. 15, where parents and teachers served up their best entrees and sweets, and the Bicentennial Parade, where students joined the Darlington High School Marching Falcons to promenade around the historic Academy Green....
No new courthouse? The debate isn’t over yet
