Darlington County Habitat for Humanity begins Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative in South Hartsville community
Some South Hartsville homeowners will receive assistance in the restoration of their residences soon, thanks to a Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI) developed in collaboration by Darlington County Habitat for Humanity and the South Hartsville Neighborhood Association.
