Santa visits the library

Santa Claus and his little elf showed up with a jolly “Ho! Ho! Ho!” at the Darlington County Public Library Saturday bringing Christmas joy and smiles to the children who attended the event Cookies with Santa.
Children ‘s Librarian Liz Davis assisted Santa with the reading of “The Night Before Christmas” and “Animal Santa.”
Don’t forget to visit the libraries in Darlington, Hartsville, Lamar and Society Hill over the Christmas holidays, there are lots of great activities planned for children and many wonderful books to choose from!
