Vote for the best of Darlington County 2021
This year, the Darlington County News & Press will hold its second annual “Best of Darlington County” contest. From now through Dec. 30, the readers of the News & Press may vote for their favorite businesses in the county from a large selection of categories including food, automotive, education, health, local business and government services. There will also be an additional category for any business that stands apart from all others called “The Pearl of Darlington.” Please tell us who has the best hamburgers, who offers the best catering, and where you can find the best chicken in town. Where is your favorite place to buy a car or the best place to service your car? Where is the best daycare for your kids and who is the best educator who devotes themselves to your child’s education? Who is the best city employee who has devoted their time for their community? Where can you buy the best gifts for your loved ones? All of these and more are included in this year’s contest. To enter your selection, get your ballot from a copy of the Darlington County News & Press and start voting. One must complete at least half of the ballot for the vote to count. Ballots must be received no later than Jan. 5, 2022. Please mail your ballot to Best of Darlington County, c/o The News & Press, 117 S. Main Street, Darlington, SC 29532 or drop off at the same location 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cast your ballot today and vote for the best of Darlington County!
