Mr. Milling began his practice in Darlington, South Carolina, in 1973, and worked with Chief Justice (Ret.) A. Lee Chandler, and Judge (Ret.) Benny R. Greer, prior to himself serving as a Circuit Court Judge for ten (10) years beginning in 1999.
