Darlington Sav-Way robbed at gunpoint
The Sav-Way in Darlington, at the intersection of Hartsville Highway and Lamar Highway, was robbed at gunpoint early in the morning of Dec. 18, police say. Darlington Police Chief Kelvin Washington said two armed subjects entered the store shortly after midnight and demanded money from the clerk. Their faces were covered, he said. Washington said no shots were fired and no one was hurt. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Darlington Police Department.
