Adult League Basketball
Darlington Area Recreation Adult League Basketball will begin July 19, 2015 at 2:30pm. Teams will be from surrounding area such as Darlington, Hartsville, Florence, Latta, and Dillon. All games are played on Saturdays and Sundays. For more information call Don Blakney at 843-393-9005.
Hole in One at DCC
The Darlington Country Club had its first hole in one of the year when Hubert “Streeb” Setzler put his tee shot in the hole on the ninth green. Setzler used a nine iron to score his first “ACE” ever. Free swimming lessons in Darlington
The City of Darlington will offer free swimming lessons June 22 through June 25 (with Friday as a rain date), from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the pool, 115 Gary St. These lessons are sponsored by the City of Darlington and the YMCA of the Upper Pee Dee for ages 5 to 18. Legion Post 13 handles Post 29
Post 13 led by pitcher Brycen Brown defeated Post 29 from Bishopville earlier this week 4 – 1 to keep the playoff hopes alive in Darlington. Darlington is 2 and 6 as of now, and needs to string together a few wins to be right back into contention.
DMS Cheerleading Camp 2015
