After a rough start to the season with a couple of losses, one suspended game and one rain out, the Darlington Post 13 junior legion baseball team finally got some good weather and a good performance against Chesterfield, winning 3-2 on the road Thursday, June 9.
S.C. Firecrackers are USA/ASA Softball Hall of Fame Champions
The SC Firecrackers 12 u team based out of Greenwood SC participated in the USA/ASA Softball Hall of Fame Qualifier tournament at the North Spartanburg Recreation Complex on May 28, 2016. The SC Firecrackers went 7-1 on the weekend having to come through the loser bracket and beat the Carolina Crush twice to earn the championship.
