Lady Stingers sweep Wake Tech, Bryant And Stratton
The Florence-Darlington Technical College Lady Stingers beat Wake Tech on the road on Friday and swept Bryant and Stratton at Old Cormell Field on Saturday. The Florence-Darlington Technical College Stingers won two of four games over the weekend against Region 10 rival, USC Sumter at Sparrow Stadium. The Tech Stingers opened up the series on Saturday with an 8-1 win over USC Sumter. Weston Rogers was the winning pitcher as he was on the mound for seven innings.
