12th Annual 5K Run and Walk for the Park

The City of Darlington presents the 12th Annual Williamson Park 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, September 17th. All proceeds towards improvements of the Park. The registration fee is tax deductible.
Entry fee is only $20 with race day registration and packet pick up at 8 a.m.
The run begins at 9 a.m. on the Public Square in Darlington, and proceed down the historic residential area on Cashua Street toward the park.
Participants will run through the park from Cashua Street to Spring Street, double back through the park to the finish line at the Square for refreshments and awards ceremony.
Refreshments: water will be available on the course. Local grocery stores have generously provided refreshments for the finish line.
T-shirts are not guaranteed for race day registrants – but get there early for a chance.
Race awards: Prizes for winners will be awarded to the top female and male overall runners. Prizes will also be awarded to the top three female and male runners in the following age group division: 9 and under; 10 – 14; 15 – 19; 20 – 29; 30 – 39; 40 – 49; 50 – 59; 60 – 69; 70 – 75; and 75 and over.
