Two held, multiple weapons discovered near Hartsville

Two men were arrested in some woods near Hartsville April 11, and multiple weapons were found, after Darlington County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of shots fired and suspicious vehicles.
Deputies stopped multiple vehicles on a dirt road off Hummingbird Road, officials said, and found firearms, drugs and cash. Arrested were Kendile Tedder and Antwain Taylor. Tedder was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, first offense. Taylor was charged with possession of a weapon with an obliterated serial number and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, second offense.
Both are free on bond, according to county jail records.
