Winner of the Miss Darlington High School pageant is senior Christina Epps

The Miss DHS Pageant recently took the audience to Hawaii, and senior Christina Epps wowed the judges and walked away with the title. Epps, who is the schools SGA President and plays number one singles on the Darlington High School girls varsity tennis team, beat out eight other young women to win the crown. Epps, presented a lyrical dance for her talent.

First runner-up was senior Joy Leeks, who recited an original poem for her talent.

Senior Bree Cromer was named second runner-up and played the Ukulele for her talent. Miss Congeniality was senior Bryant Flowers, while sophomore Harley Gibson was named the People’s Choice winner.

The reigning Miss DHS Aubrey Goodwin performed at the pageant, along with Miss Florence Brooke Vu, the Kendall Standish Voice Studio, KFA of Florence and Miss South Carolina United National Miss Breanna Barfield.
