Wings Over Hartsville held this past weekend

A weekend Fly-In event labelled “Wings over Hartsville” was held at Hartsville Regional Airport on Saturday, August 6th. Twenty-eight pilots participated at the fly-in sponsored by RiseAero LLC. Nearly 300 people attended the event and were able to enjoy a variety of food from the food Trucks, a cornhole tournament, Flour Drop, live music with Brian Robinson “Flying Solo”, Best of Show aircraft contest, RC Aircraft demo, and aircraft camping. It is a way to introduce the community, especially the youth, to the many aspects and different types of of air travel. There were also radio-controlled aircraft demonstrations.
