Wilton Jones, Maintenance Caretaker of Springfield Apartments in Darlington, S.C. received the Outstanding Maintenance Caretaker Award for the territory of Gloria Denning at the Partnership Property Management Annual Awards Banquet held in Florence, S.C. This award is given to a Maintenance Caretaker chosen from nominees that have shown continued professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to their property.
Wilton has worked with Partnership Property Management for approximately 1 1/2 years and he has been chosen for this prestigious award because of his efforts to provide quality housing in Darlington County and his desire to make Springfield a safe and well maintained home for the residents. Wilton is always willing to go above and beyond to help any tenant in need.
