Where is this in Darlington County?
The photo from last week was of the old Hartsville Depot, located on 4th Street in Hartsville,longtime home of the Old Darlington Genealogical chapter, leased from the City of Hartsville.
Renee-Brown Bryant shared the following: “Sadly the Old Darlington District Genealogy chapter is boxing up the extensive library there…we are looking for new space. And we appreciate the City of Hartsville leasing this historic building to us for many years. Good memories.”
Johnny Andrews will share more information about the chapter with the News and Press in next week’s issue.
