Trinity Collegiate School gets pledge for $250,000

Trinity Collegiate School has received one of its largest pledges from the Catherine J. McGinnis Family Foundation. The foundation was established in Virginia in 1998 and focuses on giving to organizations including Roman Catholic human services, child care, educational, medical and health services.
TCS has been a recipient of the foundation’s generosity for the past nine years.
Head of School Ed Hoffman said: “The school is both honored and excited about the pledge and looks forward to using the monies to benefit the students of Trinity Collegiate School.”
The money will supplement the school’s tuition assistance program. “Twenty-five percent of Trinity Collegiate families receive tuition assistance and it is a vital component to the school’s mission and commitment to inclusivity and diversity of our student body,” said April Munn, Director of Admissions.
