Lasell College announces local graduate
Anna Lane of Timmonsville received a MSSM degree from Lasell College in December 2014. The achievement was announced during commencement exercises on the Newton, Massachussetts campus in May 2015.
Lane majored in Sport Management.


Wofford College confers degrees to 368 graduates

Wofford College conferred degrees to 368 graduates at the 161st Commencement Exercises on Sunday, May 17, 2015. Area students receiving degrees were:

Frances Mills Brown of Florence received bachelor of arts degrees in art history and English with a concentration in studio art, magna cum laude. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Gary and Michelle Brown.

Holly Elizabeth Brown of Hartsville received bachelor of arts degrees in government and history, magna cum laude. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Jennifer Brown.

Meredith Hart Chapman of Hartsville received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Raymond and Pamela Chapman.

Jackson Marshall Dent of Florence received bachelor of arts degrees in art history and government with a concentration in political thought. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): John and Angela Dent.

Natalie Frances Hahn of Florence received a bachelor of arts degree in business economics. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Lloyd and Tracy Hahn.

Anna Matheson Henson of Darlington received a bachelor of science degree in psychology. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Beth Henson.

Charlie Dorn Smith IV of Florence received bachelor of arts degrees in finance and French, cum laude. Parent(s)/Guardian(s): Charlie and Deborah Smith.
