On Saturday, March 11, 2023, the Darlington County Cultural Realism Complex held the “History Speaks” event at their location, 302 Pearl St., Darlington. A large group of Darlington natives and other citizens gathered to share their experiences growing up at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Darlington, their memories and how it affected the rest of their lives.
