The City of Hartsville received the 2026 South Carolina Chapter of the American Planning Association’s Outstanding Planning Project – Rural Jurisdiction Award for its “One Hartsville” master plan, developed with BOUDREAUX. Adopted in early 2025, the community-driven plan has influenced more than $37 million in completed, funded, or underway projects.
