Deputy Simon poses after graduating from the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy on July 24, 2026. Simon will now complete an eight-week Field Training Program before serving full duty with the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office. Sheriff’s officials congratulated Simon and welcomed him to the department, saying they are proud to have him serve and protect the citizens of Darlington County.
