Shooting death in Hartsville
A shooting in Hartsville has claimed the life of a Hartsville man.
Romello Qumar Jacobs, 21, of Hartsville was pronounced dead at the scene by Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee. The incident
happened early in the evening on Thursday, November 19, 2015 near Russell Road and Martin Luther King Drive in Hartsville.
An autopsy was scheduled for Friday in Newberry, S.C.
This incident remains under investigation by the Darlington County Coroner’s Office and the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office.
