Sheriff’s Office seeks help
The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in a slaying that occurred sometime between Dec. 2 and Dec. 3, 2018. Swindell Wheeler was shot and killed while sitting in his pickup truck near the intersection of E. Home Avenue and N. Center Road outside Hartsville.
