Sheriff’s Dept. asks for public’s help finding burglary suspect
Darlington County Sheriff’s Investigators, with the Criminal Investigations Division, are requesting the public’s assistance to locate Detrick Shanta Gibbons, 33, of Darlington. Investigators allege Gibbons unlawfully entered a residence on Middle Branch Rd. in Darlington, taking firearms from within the residence during the daytime hours of September 13.
Gibbons is charged with burglary, first degree, and grand larceny, value $2,000 or more.
