Sheriff swears in deputy
Sheriff Tony Chavis has swore in Clark Epps and has assigned him to the Criminal Investigations Division. Investigator Epps is a native of Darlington. He served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps and has 18 years law enforcement experience. He previously served with the Darlington Police Department and the South Carolina Highway Patrol. While with the SCHP he was assigned to the Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team.
