Pumpkins in the Park
At the annual “Pumpkins in The Park” event staged October 20 by Darlington Area Recreation, kids of all ages spent a fun afternoon outdoors getting ready for Halloween by festooning pumpkins with all manner of festive décor. This free event offers kids and their families a chance to get artsy and craftsy with seasonal gourds while learning about the over 300 plant and animal species that inhabit Williamson Park’s 70-plus acres.
