Pilot Club dedicates new lecturn
Kathy Baxley was the guest speaker at the February meeting of the Pilot Club of Darlington. Kathy inspired everyone with the story of her journey as a caregiver. Belinda Copeland presented Kathy with a Pick-Me-Up basket as our club’s way of expressing our thanks for the touching ways in which she served as a caregiver. President Judy Langley presented Kathy with a PIck-Me-Up basket of treats for the volunteers at the Darlington Free Medical Clinic. Also, at this meeting, the club’s new lectern was dedicated in honor of Belinda Copeland, who served as the SC District Governor of Pilot International in 2010-2011.
