Pets of the Week: Clyde and Phoebe

web POW clyde (5)

Just look at that pretty smile! Clyde isn’t letting shelter life bring him down. “I’ll show everyone my biggest smile and maybe one of those people will take me home!” Clyde has been waiting in his tiny kennel watching his friends leave for their forever home. He keeps his spirits up by playing around with his roommate Jeta, and greeting people who come to visit. Clyde met a few kitties when he came out for a photo session and wasn’t interested in them. This lovable boy is ready to hitch a ride out of this place and on to a new life where he will show his new family his big goofy smile! 43 lbs; 2-3 yrs old; mountain cur; male  Learn how to adopt Clyde at: Darlington County Humane Society

web POW phoebe (4)

Meet the cutest little butterfly you’ll ever see! Phoebe is sweetness packed into a tiny little body. She was carried like a baby to her photo shoot and got lots of kisses along the way. She sat calmly getting dressed up, and was very patient the whole time. She is a little afraid at first but warms right up and just wants to be a lap dog. She immediately rolls over for belly rubs when you go to pet her and enjoys the attention. Our little butterfly is ready to get out of her tiny kennel and spread her wings in her new home where she can get all the kisses and belly rubs she wants! 1-2 yrs old; hound mix; female; 40 lbs Learn how to adopt Phoebe at: Darlington County Humane Society
