Mother and daughter graduate
A mother and daughter who are natives of Darlington have both just graduated from the same university with advanced degrees. Regina Michelle Jacobs and her daughter, Brittnae’ Richelle Jacobs, just graduated from Southern New Hampshire University. Regina, who lives in Darlington, earned a master’s in human resource management; Brittnae’, who lives in Columbia, earned a master’s of education in Curriculum and Instruction. Both are working on doctorates. Regina is a 1983 graduate of St. John’s High in Darlington and a 1988 graduate of Benedict College in Columbia. Brittnae’ is a 2011 graduate of Mayo High School in Darlington and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2015. CONTRIBUTED PHOTO
