McLeod Health seeks help to maintain supplies
The Darlington Chamber of Commerce says McLeod Health has asked our community for a special request.
They need various items to help sustain supplies because of the COVID-19 virus. If anyone has leads to businesses in the community that may have access to the supplies listed below, please forward contact information to Jill Bramblett at jbramblett@mcleodhealth.org.
McLeod has an entire task force working to collect supplies from Pee Dee communities.
The needs are:
Clorox Wipes or other viral-level disinfectants
Individual bottles of hand sanitizer (businesses may have these with marketing information or they may have these as marketing promos)
N95 respirator masks, any size
Surgical masks
Goggles
Gowns or body suits (Tyvek is a brand name)
Jumpsuits, painter’s suits, all sizes
Face shields
Nitrile gloves — clean (not sterile) gloves
Head covers / bouffant bonnets
Do not take anything to the Darlington location. The supplies need to be funneled through Florence.
