Kirven – Graham Wedding
Dr. and Mrs. Thomas G. Wilson and Mr. William W. Kirven, III, of Darlington, S.C.,
are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Anne Darby Kirven to Robert Tyson Graham of Columbia, South Carolina. They were married in the Graves’ Garden in Tryon, North Carolina on May 7, 2016. Michael Spicher of Boston, Massachusetts performed the ceremony.
The bride is the granddaughter of Elizabeth Gandy Kirven, the late William W. Kirven, Jr., formerly of Darlington, S.C., and the late Sidney Smith Tison, Jr., and the late Julia Kleckley Tison, formerly of Hartsville, S.C.
The groom is the son of Mr. Robert Douglas Graham and Mrs. Renee Wyrick Graham of Columbia, S.C., the grandson of Erma Robinson Wyrick of Columbia, S.C., the late Bob L. Wyrick, of Austin, Texas, and the late Carolyn Tyson Graham and Robert Alexander Graham, formerly of West Point, Mississippi.
Miss Kirven is a graduate of the Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics and holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina. She currently works for the Governor’s School Foundation, primarily with recruitment, fundraising, and outreach initiatives.
Mr. Graham is a graduate of Dreher High School and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of South Carolina. He is self-employed through Tyson Graham Pottery, currently based in Tryon, North Carolina.
Bridesmaids were Laura Ware of Traveler’s Rest, S.C., Ashley McClary of Columbia, S..C and Rali Peneva of Charleston, S.C. Groomsmen were Jacob Graves of Homewood, AL, Nick Feigley of Columbia, S.C. and Harrison Croft of Chicago, IL.
After a honeymoon trip to Maine, Darby and Tyson will reside in Tryon, North Carolina.
