Investigators make arrest in Lamar shooting
Darlington County Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested Roderrick Deshawn McFadden, age 29, of Lamar. McFadden is charged with discharging a firearm into a dwelling, which is a felony and carries a penalty, upon conviction, of up to ten years imprisonment.
Investigators allege that on March 11 McFadden fired a weapon into an apartment at Cambridge Apartments located in the Lamar area of Darlington County after an argument. McFadden turned himself in to investigators on March 23.
