Johnny Byrd was recognized as Water Treatment Operator of the Year at the South Carolina Rural Water Association’s Annual Meeting in November 2022. Johnny has been with Darlington County Water & Sewer Authority since 1999. His current position is Water Treatment Plant Supervisor and his top priority is providing the County with clean drinking water.
