Hartsville man is accused of solicitation of a minor
A Hartsville man has been charged with criminal solicitation of a minor, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office says. Deputies arrested Plummer Ricky Durant Nov. 5 on one count of criminal solicitation of a minor, the agency said in a news release. Durant was being held at the Darlington County jail.
