Hair stylists give back to Medford residents
The owner of Salon 3:16 in Darlington recently visited Medford Nursing Center. Salon owner, Tiffany Williamson, closed her salon for the day to conduct free hair styling for the female residents of Medford in honor of Mother’s Day, bringing her staff Marsha Bruce, Jennifer Boyce and Maria Hanyworth-Corbit with her.
This is the third consecutive year that Miss Williamson has given back to the residents in this manner. They styled nearly 25 residents’ hair. She is preparing goodie bags for the male residents at Medford to be distributed the week of Father’s Day. Ms. Williamson is a licensed beautician and provides regular paid services at Medford bi-weekly. She has been providing these services for the past five years.
