Game canceled after Hartsville player is positive for COVID-19
Last week, a player on the Hartsville High School Junior Varsity football team tested positive for COVID-19, the county school district said Monday.
Some members of the team have been designated as close contacts and have been placed into a mandatory 14-day quarantine.
As a result, the Hartsville High School Junior Varsity football game scheduled this week against Myrtle Beach has been canceled. The game will not be made up.
