Darlington Downtown Revitalization Associaiton presents Calvin King, owner of Freedom Management Solutions, a DDRA Improvement Grant check for $1,000. The DDRA Improvment Incentive Grant Program helps businesses and property owners make repairs, install signage and paint. Since its inception, the DDRA Improvement Incentive Grant Program has been in direct connection with nearly $200,000 worth of upgrades.
