Drug bust in Darlington nets 6 arrests, large amount of drugs

In a successful operation targeting illicit drug activity, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) has removed a significant amount of drugs and weapons from circulation. The DCSO’s Combine Drug Unit, in collaboration with local law enforcement, executed a search warrant on Wednesday at a residence located off Indian Branch Road in the Darlington area.

During the operation, law enforcement officers seized approximately 42 grams of crack cocaine, cocaine, marijuana, and pills. Additionally, two handguns and an AR pistol were confiscated from the premises.

While six individuals were arrested in connection with the bust, the DCSO has not yet disclosed their identities or the specific charges they are facing. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities anticipate that additional charges may be filed as the case progresses.
