Deputies: Man had 10 pounds of marijuana

A Hartsville-area man is accused of keeping 10 pounds of marijuana in a home where children were present. Kareem Sha Kuan Zimmon has been charged with unlawful neglect of a child or helpless person and trafficking in marijuana of 10 pounds or more, but less than 100 pounds, first offense, according to reports. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office alleges that “the condition of the home” and “drug activity at the home” posed a threat to the children.
