Darlington varsity boys basketball team defeats Lamar by 89-38
The Darlington varsity boys basketball team returned home on Thursday, December 3, with an 89 to 38 win over Lamar in Lamar. Darlington held an 18-14 lead after the first quarter of play. By halftime, Darlington was up 44 to 29. After 3 periods of play, Darlington held a commanding lead after 3 quarters of play. Daveon Bowens scored a game-high 24 points while teammate Kennah Dubose added 18 points. Scott added 8 points while Samuel, Keith, and Lewis each placed 6 points onto the scoreboard.
