Darlington Rotary awards scholarships

The Darlington Rotary annual Scholarship Award ceremony was held on Wednesday, June 22 at the Darlington Country Club. This year’s recipients were Darlington High School students Fraschell Sansbury, Darius King, and Magen Stengel. The three will matriculate this fall to Florence-Darlington Technical College and Lander University to further their educations.
The students received a scholarships presented by Darlington Rotary Club president Tressa Gardner: $1000 to Fraschell Sansbury to attend Lander; Darius King and Magen Stengel who will attend FDTC received scholarships of $750 each,
