Darlington Falcons defeated by South Florence Bruins 6-2

The Darlington Falcons lost 6-2 in a varsity baseball skirmish Tuesday, April 13, at South Florence High School. Darlington quickly scored the first run in the top of the 1st inning after #6 Shimar Simes hit bringing #10 TyJawan Keith to the home base. The South Florence Bruins did not make any runs until the bottom of the third inning when they completed 3 runs after a long ball. The 4th inning was quiet until the bottom of the 5th when South Florence scored another run bringing the score 4-1. South Florence scored another 2 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning due to two falcon errors. Darlington finished the game with a final run in the 7th after Thomas Standish hit for the final run for Darlington with an RBI. Be sure to go out and enjoy a night supporting your local teams!
