Darlington defeats Wilson 13-0

The Darlington Falcons defeated the Wilson Tigers 13-0 in varsity softball action, Thursday, April 1st, in Florence for the home conference game. Darlington started the top of the first inning very strong with 12 quick runs. The second inning was quiet until the upper third when Darlington made one more run. The rest of the game was quiet leaving the Darlington Falcons victorious over the Tigers with a score of 13-0. Darlington senior Maddie Andrews threw a four inning not hitter and went 1 for 1 at the plate with an RBI. Darlington’s Amber Rogers went 3 for 3 with a home run, two doubles, and four RBI. Over the course of the game, the Darlington Falcons made 12 hits with no errors and Wilson had 1 error.
