Mrs. Ruth Blocker, Executive Director of Darlington County Disability and Special Needs Board, Lanie McPhail, Direct Support Professional and T-Anna Miles, a Community Consumer attended the Annual Disabilities Advocacy Day at the Statehouse on March 2nd, 2016.
Governor Nikki Haley declared March as Disability Awareness Month across the State of Scouth Carolina. Mayor Mel Pennington of Harthsville, and Mayor Gloria Hines of Darlington both declared March as Disability Awareness Month.
