Darlington County Disabilities and Special Needs Board honors employees
The Darlington County Disabilities and Special Needs Board had the privilege of honoring many faithful staff members during their annual service awards held on March 2nd and 3rd, 2017.
Awards were:

•Ten Service Award Recipient Rochelle Moses, House Manager
•Five Year Service Award Recipient Ramona Cockfield, Direct Support Professional
•Five Year Service Award Recipient: Alfreda Williams, Direct Support Professional
•Ten Year Service Recipient: Deedrick Woods, Direct Support Professional
•Five Year Service Award Recipient Eddie Hough, Direct Support Professional
•Ten Year Service Award Recipient Dawanda Brown. RN, QID/Director of Nursing
•Fifteen Year Service Award Recipient Verniell Hannibal, Direct Support Professional
•Twenty Year service Recipient Gwendolyn Sansbury, Residential Programmer
•Twenty-five Year Service Award Recipient James Jackson, Direct Support Professional
•Candy Wyrick, Residential Administrative Assistant/Training Coordinator received the Lou Scott Award which is given in loving memory of DCDSNB’s beloved founder, Mrs. Lou Scott.
•Byron Wilson, Residential Director received the Sue Woodham Award, presented by Rufus Britt, District II Director and Lee Woodham in loving memory of his late wife.
•Lanie McPhail received the Vonoka Kind Award presented by Rufus Britt, District II Director and John Kind in loving memory of his late wife.
•Destiny Days received the Employee of the Year Award.
