Darlington County Action Agency seeks participants for Head Start 50th Anniversary Project
Darlington County Community Action Agency (DCCAA) is celebrating the 50th Anniversary of its Head Start program with “50 Faces of Head Start,” by collecting stories of individuals who lived in Darlington County (even if they have since moved away) whose lives were been impacted by Head Start.
DCCAA wants to hear from people who attended its Head Start program as children, parents, teachers and anyone else who has benefited from the services provided by DCCAA Head Start over the past 50 years. Please submit your story with a picture to epatterson@dccaa.net.
The team will review each submission and select 50 stories to feature at the Anniversary Luncheon in October. Submit by October 16, 2017.
