Quiet Day
The Women’s Ministries of St. Matthew’s Church will hold a Quiet Day April 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The church is located at 210 S. Main St. Reservations are required. Cultural Realism Complex extravaganza
“The Total Package: Surviving in a Global World” is the theme for the first Intergenerational Empowerment Environmental Extravaganza Heart Love Celebration. Saturday, April 1 will be the beginning with the emphasis on the mission: “The Heart in Action- Sharing the love with human and natural resources.’ The event begins at 1 p.m. All events will take place at the CRC Vision Center, located at 302 Pearl Street in Darlington. Singing Group

Lakeview Baptist Church, 201 Lakeview Boulevard in Hartsville, will host a simulcast event Saturday, April 8 with Bible teacher and best-selling author, Priscilla Shirer. Natl. Day of Prayer
The 66th National Day of Prayer will be observed on Thursday May 4, 2017 at noon. The event will be held at Darlington Presbyterian Church, located at 311 Pearl Street in Darlington. The theme this year is “For Your Names’ Sake. Hear Us…Forgive Us…Heal Us!” Taken from Daniel 9:19.

The Lord Cares
Please continue to assist The Lord Cares in caring for those in need in the Darlington area. T.L.C.’s food bank is located at 201 Grove Street in Darlington. They are open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. Donations of non-perishable food items (especially canned meats) are needed, as are toiletries, bathroom tissue, and paper towels.
