3rd Annual Women’s Day Conference
Round O Missionary Baptist Church, Darlington, will host it’s 3rd Annual Women’s Day Conference, July 17 – 19. Guest speakers include:
July 17th: Juanita Wilson, Sandy Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Sandra Carter, New Ebenezer Baptist Church, Deidrelle Sansbury, Cherry Grove Baptist Church, and First Lady Saran Jones.
July 18th: Women’s Day Brunch & Health/Wellness, guest speaker, Minister Adelaide Brown, Charleston, SC
July 19th: Sunday morning, morning worship service at 10 a.m.; guest preacher, Minister Melissa Fulmore, Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

105th Annual Session
The Woman’s Pee Dee District Department of the Pee Dee Baptist Association will have its’ 105th Annual Session on Tuesday, July 21 through Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Cherry Grove Missionary Baptist Church at 552 E. Billy Farrow Highway in Darlington, SC. Reverend Dr. E. B. Burroughs is the pastor and Mrs. Josie Townsend is the missionary president. All activities will take place at Cherry Grove with the exception of the banquet. The Department schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, July 21: Welcome Night at 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 22: Youth Session will begin at 9:00 a.m.
Wednesday Night, July 22: Annual Fellowship Banquet at 7:00 p.m. at the SHEREC Building, New Ebenezer Baptist Church, 307 S. Ravenel Street, Florence, SC.
Thursday, July 23: Registrations at 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 23: Annual Session begins at 5:00 p.m. The Introductory Sermon will be given by Reverend Roderick Fountain, Jerusalem Baptist Church, Hartsville, SC.
Friday, July 24: Registration at 4:00 p.m.
Friday, July 24: Annual Session begins at 5:00 p.m.The Closing Sermon will be given by Reverend Dr. Henry McGill, Jr., Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Marion, SC.
Saturday, July 25: Y.W.A. Session begins at 9:00 a.m.

Bible Study

God’s Garden
God’s Garden is ready to plant. The garden is located on Smith Avenue in Darlington. Everyone is invited to join in the fun of planting and watching your plants grow and produce edible foods.
There is no charge for planting in the garden. The on who plants furnishes his/her seeds and fertilizer. We do have access to water for the garden, and a tiller for the plowing. If you are interested in being part of God’s Garden, call 393-3540 and leave a message. Your call will be returned. We would like to get young people involved.

Trinity UMC After School Care
Trinity UMC will be starting an after school care program beginning August 17.
The after school program is a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church. TASC was created to meet the needs of parents, and to provide their children a safe, Christian environment.
TASC will be open Monday-Friday. The hours of operation are from 2:30-6:00 p.m. Children 5-11 are welcome to attend. TASC will follow Darlington County School District’s Calendar.
TASC encourages children to engage in learning; children are encouraged to take part in a 45 minute homework time each day, story time, and activities.
Registration has already begun. There is no fee to register. For further information about the program, call the TASC director Melissa Young at 843-393-4852.
