First Baptist Church Basketball Camp
First Baptist Church Basketball Camp July 6 – 9 from 10 a.m. – noon
Camp 1 for ages 7 – 10: at Harmon Baldwin Recreation Center
Camp II for ages 11 – 14: at Darlington High School Gym (new location!)
Registration Forms available at the Harmon Baldwin Recreation Department and First Baptist Church Office. Forms are due by July 2 at each location to guarantee t-shirt. Walk up registration at each site, space permitting.
Camp limited to first 40 campers per site.

Open-Air Crusade to feature Josh Feuerstein
Josh Feuerstein, a national Evangelist, is coming to Darlington at the Open-Air Crusade July 7th at 7:00 p.m., at Great Commission Ministries 757 Wire Road Darlington. This is an open air event, attendees are encouraged to bring their own chair. The event is a live event, not a telecast, so please spread the word about this unique opportunity.
Josh Feuerstein is most often recognized by “the guy in the red hat on Facebook”, has millions of followers on social media. A recent video he created on suicide became the catalyst for the “Cancel Your Suicide” campaign with over 400 self-reported suicide preventions. Bible Study

God’s Garden
God’s Garden is ready to plant. The garden is located on Smith Avenue in Darlington. Everyone is invited to join in the fun of planting and watching your plants grow and produce edible foods.
There is no charge for planting in the garden. The on who plants furnishes his/her seeds and fertilizer. We do have access to water for the garden, and a tiller for the plowing. If you are interested in being part of God’s Garden, call 393-3540 and leave a message. Your call will be returned. We would like to get young people involved.

Trinity UMC After School Care
Trinity UMC will be starting an after school care program beginning August 17.
The after school program is a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church. TASC was created to meet the needs of parents, and to provide their children a safe, Christian environment.
TASC will be open Monday-Friday. The hours of operation are from 2:30-6:00 p.m. Children 5-11 are welcome to attend. TASC will follow Darlington County School District’s Calendar.
TASC encourages children to engage in learning; children are encouraged to take part in a 45 minute homework time each day, story time, and activities.
Registration has already begun. There is no fee to register. For further information about the program, call the TASC director Melissa Young at 843-393-4852.
