Aanuke Mounabi (Boone) wins the first place
Aanuke Mounabi (Boone) was the first place winner of the 25 mile American Endurance Ride Conference race held at H. Cooper Black Memorial Field Trial in Patrick S.C. on April 8th. Boone, a 7 year-old Arabian, is owned by Mark and Marie Sobiski of Darlington, S.C. and was ridden by Erin Elizabeth Hudson of Fredericksburg, M.D. The race drew 38 entries from the Southeast.
Lamar wins two out of four at the SBC
While most students in Darlington County were on spring break this past week the baseball players for the Lamar Silver Foxes were participating in the prestigious Southeastern Baseball Classic.
Four Cobras earn ECAC All-Academic Honors
The Coker College wrestling team had four members named to the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) All-Academic team for the 2016-17 season.
