County called on carpet over PREA non-compliance

S.C. Ag + Art Tour in Darlington County
The S.C. Ag + Art Tour began this weekend, June 4 & 5, providing free, self guided tour of farms featuring artisans at every stop in locations in nine counties. For this weekend, Darlington County was included for the first time.
